How You Can Help Wildlife ?

Live in the City :
Many of us yearn to live in the country, so we can be closer to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet. It's ironic that this urge is actually destroying thousands of acres of wildlife habitat each year in Wisconsin. We need to develop a new environmental ethic in Wisconsin, encouraging everyone to stay in the cities. We need to make cities more liveable and leave the remaining wild areas to the wildlife.
Support Strict Zoning :
Landuse zoning is one of the few tools available to the government to protect wetlands, natural areas and environmental corridors. Unfortunately, such zoning is often opposed by powerful land development or political forces. It's important for citizens to show support for zoning to balance against these negative pressures.







Create Habitat in Your Backyard :
You can help sustain wildlife in your own backyard, with careful selection of native plants, trees, structures, nest boxes, water and food.

Conserve Energy :
We must work together to reduce our energy consumption. This is vital to stopping climate change and global warming. Energy conservation also reduces direct habitat losses (from coal mining, oil drilling and oil spills) and toxic pollution to air and water, which all threaten wildlife.

Limit Your Family Size :
Each person requires space and natural resources to live. Our human population is rapidly rising to levels which make it difficult to provide adequate resources for humans while sustaining a healthy environment for wildlife. If each couple limited themselves to no more than 2 children, our world’s population could stabilize and support everyone without conflict or suffering.

Get Involved and Talk to Your Legislators :
Many of our current governmental regulations are not helpful for preserving wildlife habitat or conserving energy, and some policies actually reward large energy users with lower bulk rates. Citizens need to contact their legislators and ask for better policies.

How can we protect wildlife?

Because our population is growing and our cities are sprawling into the countryside, fewer natural wildlife habitat areas are left each year. And the habitat that remains has often been degraded to bear little resemblance to the natural wild areas which existed in the past. In many areas, only islands of habitat remain, isolated in the middle of large agricultural or urban developments - preventing normal interactions, healthy breeding or safe travel for many species. Some wildlife species, such as deer, rabbits and chipmunks, are adaptable to many conditions, but other creatures have very specific plant, moisture and temperature requirements. These are the endangered species which we risk losing if we don't preserve adequate amounts of habitat for their survival.
By the Climate Change :
Because many types of plants and animals have specific habitat requirements, climate change could cause disastrous losses of wildlife species from Wisconsin. A one or two degree change in average annual temperature will translate into large changes in Wisconsin, affecting snowcover in the winter and excess heat in the summer. Many northern Wisconsin plants and animals depend on a blanket of snow to insulate them from extreme low temperatures of winter. It may be 25 degrees below zero in the open air, but barely freezing (32 degrees) beneath the snow. Without this insulation, many plant species (even trees) will decline or disappear entirely. Hibernating mammals, reptiles, amphibians and insects will be harmed also. Similarly, higher temperatures would increase evaporation year round, and may reduce rainfall, leading to drier than normal conditions across the state. Plants and wildlife are sensitive to moisture changes, so they will be harmed by this dryness. Coldwater trout streams may become too warm to support trout, or may dry up. Unfortunately, trees and plants can't simply pick up and move to a more hospitable location. Instead, they will die where they stand, exposing and starving the wildlife that depend on them. Drought tolerant plants and trees will gradually spread to replace them by seed, but this process takes time. In many parts of Wisconsin, natural habitat is chopped up and isolated in small islands. This means plants and animals have no bridge to allow them to move with the changing climate.

Due to Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals :
Pesticides are deliberately spread to make the environment toxic to certain plants, insects or rodents, so it shouldn't be surprising that other plants and wildlife are often harmed at the same time. While many of the worst pesticides have been outlawed in the past 30 years, scientists have found numerous worries with several pesticides which are still legal and commonly used. In addition, many chemical pollutants are toxic to wildlife, such as PCBs, mercury, petroleum byproducts, solvents, anti-freeze, etc.

Due to Mismanagement:
Some native wildlife can become a problem when released from their natural population controls. When wolves are scarce and hunters too few, white-tailed deer will often strip the woods of native wildflowers (such as Trilliums) and even certain tree species (such as Hemlock), when their populations are allowed to become too high. Canada geese are beautiful birds, but when cityfolk feed native geese as if they were pets, their populations can rise to uncomfortable levels in urban areas, resulting in polluted waterways and manure-laden lawns. Gulls can become similar problems, when they scavange for scraps from our garbage heaps and landfills.

The most valuable things in life can neither be stored in a bank account - nor in a vault or purse - the most valuable aspects of life are of different nature - NON-material !
Think by yourself that when you are free from everythings such as:
Freedom to move anywhere on this planet, freedom to travel, freedom to select a partner based on spiritual values or human values rather than survival values.
Freedom to select job, business, location of living
Freedom of education - freedom to learn what ever you want
Freedom to do any time and anywhere what you love to do
Freedom to change anything in life
Freedom to make your very own personal decisions and realize those decisions on your own.

Depending on your education, culture or country you live, grow up or work, you may be influenced by your surrounding and even pulled away or distracted from your own goal of life and true values.

About Fashion

Fashion does not always mean that, you have to wear what the others wear. How about thinking, I will make the world wear what I wear? You can always make your own style statement, is it not?
If you had this misconception that fashion is only for the slim and trim, then think again. Even the clothing industry has now realized that a perfect body is not what everyone possesses. So clothes that fit one and all have been designed and that is good news for those who wear plus-sized clothes.

Several new trends have sprung up in the clothes’ market these days. New innovations not only in style but also in textiles and fabrics have emerged.
For instance consider leggings, which have made a super comeback and are seen just about everywhere. Leggings of all kind like textured, of different fabrics are in vogue. Basically the layered look is in. The other layering styles include wearing two tops, one over another or sporting a jacket over a top and many more such styles. Capris are steadily doing better and long skirts are the top choice of women wanting to look feminine and elegant.

Another trend are the military patterned clothes. They stand out in the crowd and look very fashionable too. They somehow give you a feeling that you are dressing with a purpose! Well, the purpose here, as we all know, is to look dashing!
These days, ‘bold’ is the word to look out for. Bold colors, bold prints, bold patterns, bold cuts are ruling the fashion scene currently. It gels so very well with the bold attitude of the youth today, who care a damn about what others think and that has reflected in their fashion too. The apt word for the fashion today is also ‘shocking’, as every other outfit is different and has something unique and attractive and it never ceases to surprise you.

When it comes to summer, fashion in this season asks for sober and pastel colors. Floral prints are also in for this summer. And in the scorching summer heat, one is bound to sweat. Sweat not only leads to body odor but also spoils clothes. Sweat-resistant clothes or clothes that emit fragrance are a great boon to people who wear tight clothes or who live in weathers that are hot. This way, the clothes last longer and can be used over and over again without getting spoilt. Especially fabrics like silk stain easily and the stains do not go even after a lot of washing and dry cleaning. But sweat proof clothing solves all these problems. In fact these days, clothes are stain-resistant and even waterproof.
And smart clothing has acquired an altogether new meaning today. It simply does not mean dressing in a chic manner but dressing in a technical manner. Imagine this, clothes fitted with solar panels so that they generate the necessary heat to keep you warm in the extreme cold as and when you want.

The Role of Entertain in Life

Life is full of stress and anxiety and especially in metropolitan cities situation is the worst. Everyone is busy with his life, no time for family and himself even. Every person is running behind his hectic schedule. Life become so fast but still no time to relax for 5 minute and release the stress. No need to explain, you can easily analyze when you are in hurry to reach the office thinking of some of your personal tensions and then the whole day hectic schedule. Entertainment can add salt in this discomfort and distasteful life. It is the way of entertainment which keeps the life going. Else life becomes very dull and boring. Entertainment gives the life its charm and energy. If entertainment is removed from life then there will be a blank left behind. To fill this blank we need moments of entertainment in life. And some of these special moments become memories of future.

Entertainment can be of any type depending on one's choice and likes. There are so many electronic gadgets available to give entertaining moments to minds like the most common is T.V. and music systems. A tired person after coming back from office, if got a 15 minute time to watch its favorite show then that time is enough to relax his tiring mind. This small time period of entertainment can give a smile and a soothing effect to his mind.

Music is a great way to relive the day to day stress and is also used for therapeutic purposes. Almost every person is interested in any kind of music. Even researches have proved that music's ubiquity and portability has made it the number one stress buster. It is a matter of fact that everyone on this earth has an inclination towards listening good quality music. The passion for music differs as per genre whereby youngsters mostly love fast and groovy numbers. People of the older times love classical music whereas kids like rhymes and children music. Not only this, many are attracted to listen natural sounds such as chirping of birds, water falling from the mountains and religious chants.When a person sits down with his eyes closed to listen his favorite music, the heart beat goes balanced and mind got relaxed. Music tunes the soul and renews the body.Playing music also relaxes the mind and slows down the tension. Interested people find pleasure in playing his favorite instrument. A piano or a guitar strings can give immense pleasure to a stressed mind.

Do you want to know about Feelings, Emotions,and Thoughts?

Some things in life cause people to feel, these are called emotional reactions. Some things in life cause people to think, these are sometimes called logical or intellectual reactions. Thus life is divided between things that make you feel and things that make you think. The question is, if someone is feeling, does that mean that they are thinking less? It probably does. If part of your brain is being occupied by feeling, then it makes sense that you have less capacity for thought. That is obvious if you take emotional extremes, such as crying, where people can barely think at all. This does not mean that emotional people are not intelligent; it just means that they might be dumber during the times in which they are emotional. Emotion goes on and off for everyone, sometimes people cry, and sometimes they are completely serious.

Some things in life can identifiably cause more emotion than other things.
  • Color causes more emotion than black and white. So anything with more color in it is going to be more emotional to look at, whether it is the difference between a gold or silver sword, or a gold or silver computer. In both cases the gold is going to be more emotional.
  • Things that are personal are emotional, personal things that people like and that they feel are “close” to them. Things like home or anything someone likes actually. That is the definition of emotion after all, something that causes feeling. So if you like it, it is probably going to cause more feeling. Other things aside from liking something could cause emotions from it, such as curiosity, but usually like is one of the stronger emotions. You could say that the two are directly proportional, the more you like something, the more it is going to cause feeling.
So, the more you like something (or hate something, or have any strong emotional reaction to anything), the more emotional it is, but that doesn’t mean that it might not also cause you to think about it. One can’t label everything in life as either emotion or thought however. Life isn’t a scale with emotion on one end and thought on the other. There are other factors involved, things like adrenaline and physical action, which might also cause increased attention that isn’t either emotional or thoughtful. When you’re running you have a lot of attention on the fact that you are running, and you’re not thinking about it or being emotional about it. This means that just because you like something, doesn’t mean that it is emotional. You might like running, but it doesn’t cause emotions in you. What does emotion mean then? Emotions must be thoughts that you can’t identify, when you feel something, it must be that you are thinking about something unconsciously. You just have no idea what it is, usually. Emotions and feelings are thoughts then. By that I mean that they can be broken down into parts and figured out what those parts are. And thoughts are just really parts that you can identify. So the difference between emotions, feelings and thoughts is that you know what thoughts are about, but you don’t have as good an idea of what emotions and feelings are, as they are more obscure and harder to identify.

If you think about it that way, thought and emotion are both in part feelings, that is, to some extent you feel them right away, in addition to them resulting in feelings later on. But that still means that feelings are always the end result. Then again, thoughts might be the result of current thoughts. That is like emotion, unconscious emotional thoughts are going to result in unconscious emotional thoughts later on. Even feelings could be called unconscious thoughts, because thought is just focusing on one thing for a brief period of time.
Therefore emotion, thought and feeling are really just periods of focus on certain things. With thought you just recognize what it is that you are focusing on. With emotions you feel deeply about what you are focusing on, and with feelings you are focusing on it less. Physical stimulus also results in feelings, and then you focus on those feelings, you aren’t necessarily focused on what caused the feelings (the physical stimulus itself) however.

Thus life is really just different types of feelings; you could categorize all of life as feeling. Even when you think you are in a period when you’re not feeling anything, you really are feeling something; you just don’t recognize what it is that you are feeling. Remember that feelings are thoughts you can’t identify. And since a thought is going to be about something, another way to think about life is just stuff happening.

Since emotion is all your feelings being affected at once, emotions are stronger than feelings. Feelings however are a more directed focus. When you feel something you can always identify what that one thing is. When you have an emotion, the emotion is more distant, but stronger. All your feelings must feel a certain way about whatever is causing the emotion. So that one thing is affecting your entire system. Feelings can then be defined as immediate unconscious thought, and emotions as unconscious thought.

How do you treat your friend?

One of the main things to do is break the friendship out of it's comfort zone. If you meet someone that you want to know better, invite them out for lunch, movie, coffee, etc, something outside of the activity that you normally know this person through. Another thing that doesn't hurt is to attend to that person's high points or low points in their life.
some points to be noted:
  • You are not the only person in that friend's life. They have other friends too. If one day, you call your friend to ask him to go out with you, and she/he said, they can't. Don't get upset, they have other people to take care of. Is best to try to meet your friend's friends and get to know them , this way you and your friend will have a great time together.
  • If your friend is sick and you have time to be there for them, do it. You may not get the same respond from that friend if you are sick, but I am pretty sure that another friend of yours will be there for you. That's life, you give and you get, never from the same person you helped, but from others. Be there for your friend. Never said anything bad about your friend, to your friends, you never know if one day your friends meet your friend and they said, "Oh this is the person you told me about." Please, lets try to be friendly and sincere.
  • Don't just remember your friends when you see them in the streets. Do you know how to keep up with your friend, if you don't know, whatis going on with them. How can you be friends. Friends get married, have children, get sick, get divorce, become professionals. Don't you want to be part of your friend's life. Be part of his/her life, they will be part of yours. Having a friend is having the opportunity to share your dreams with someone special.
  • Keep up with your friend, by e-mail, call them on their birthday, mother's day, Friendship day, send pictures of you and your family. Write a letter if they are very far from you. Plan trips together, when you travel as a group you can save lots of money. let your children spend time with your friend's children. Have a picnic, share your family and blessings.
  • There are many advantages to have a close friend. As per example you get to be a bridesmaid, you get to attend many birthdays, you get to have fun with your friend and their family. If you are alone in the Nepal, your friends can become your family. But remember treat people they way you want to be treated.

Life and Death

Life Never Wait for The Beautiful People
Man is mortal by nature. The ultimate destination of life is death. Life and death are inseparable. They are viewed differently on the basis of the distinct philosophies. Some learned personalities view that death is the end of whereas others argue that death is entirely meaningful, not the end of life. The scholars and learned people who believe in science and concrete facts view that death refers to the end of life. When someone dies, his physical existence disappears for ever. It is said that a man is born to die. Birth stage of life and death are the natureal process of all the living beings. Human beings are the components of nature like other living creatures. They come into existence naturally and die naturally. Nobody can deny the emergency os death. It is accepted by everyone. We cannot have any enigmatic achievement and energy to prevent ourselves to accept our death. Thereforem death is defined as the end of life by the people who follow the way to the principle of atheism.

The scholars and learned personalities who follow the way to the principles of theism believe that death is not the meaningless end of life, rather significantly meaningful.

They view that our soul never dies and death is defined as the sacres entrance into the spritual world of Amighty and enternity. Death upgrades the existence of soul to a higher degree of it's diginity. They believe that death opens the door of tranquil immortality as the soul is viewed to be assimilated with Almighty. Thus, This principle defines death as the infinite world of Almighty wher it dwels forever in tranquility.

As everybody is mortal, death cannot be ignored. It happens naturally. The existence of the soul is the matter of discussion among the learned personamities. It is sure that death is the end of physical existence. After the death of an individual, his physical existence assimilates with the nature. If we view that nature refers to Almighty, both of the views harmomize their tunes

Physical Fitness In LIfe

The human body is made of bones, muscles and fat. Muscles occupy 45% of our body weight. They are one of the most important factors to maintain our physical fitness. If our physical fitness is adequately acquired, our body can fuction efficiently. Regular excercises, balanced diet, healthy envirnment,rest and sleep can maintain our physical fitness.
Our bady has 639 different muscles. They are muscles strength, muscles endurance, muscular speed of contraction and muscular elasticity. The combination of these four qualities of muscles is refered to as muscular power. The working muscles are supplied with the energy fuels in the forms of the blood by the lungs and digestive systems, and the blood is supplied through the blood vessels by the heart. The combined capacity of lungs, digestive systems and heart to supply energy fuels to the working muscles is known as organic power.

The function of our body depends on the development of both muscular and organic powers.

These powers play a vital role to keep our body physically fit. These powers can be promoted through regular exercises. In order to keep our body physically fit, the food we have presence or absence to diseases, the environment of the place where we live and work, and the rest, sleep and enjoyment we have also play a crucial role. Our body is called physically fit if both muscular and organic powers are adequately developed to perform highest efficiency of our body.

The top limit of our physically capacity that is determined by heredity and health condition is referred to as potential physically capacity. The top level capacity at which we can perform physically right now is called acquired physically capacity. Our body can function most efficientely well below its acquired capacity. The top level of the acquired capacity can tend to potential capacity if our body is physically fit completely. We can upgrade our acquired capacity through regular exercises, having balanced diets, living and working in healthy environment and completely and aptly enjoying sleep and rest.

Physically capacity also depends on muscular and orgainc powers. Our physically capacity increases as we progressively increase the load on our muscular and organic systems. Therefore, in order to keep our body physically fit, we must try to upgrade muscular power,organic power and acquired physically capacity through apt exercises, foods, rest, and sleep.

While we instinctively know what appeals to our own sense of beauty -- we know it when we see it -- defining what determines attractiveness is not always easy. In frustration, we often give up and claim that "beauty is in they eye of the beholder." But is beauty really a personal phenomenon?

Tips For You
Never compare:Each one of us is individual and complex in our own way for a reason. That is how we were made to be. So, what sense would it make to compare ourselves with the attributes of others? Know right now that you are unique.

Polish your character:Ever heard of some one having such an ugly soul that it transcends their outer appearance? That just goes to show how much of an impact our kind or terrible demeanor has on our physical aspects. Be loving and kind, have poise, be true to your self and have an over all positive out look.

Smile:It's been proven that people who smile and give off happy vibes attract more people. Make it a habit to smile, even if your day didn't start off so great. You'd be surprised how your facial expressions can rub off on your mood.

Have healthy habits:Since beauty is something that does in fact come from within, it's every part important to take care of your body. Eat nutritional foods, exercise and get adequate amounts of rest. The inner good you do for your self will show in the outer effortlessly.

Zero in on your talents:What are things that you do wonderfully and are good at? Focus and remember them every day. Knowing that you have special skills will do awesome things for your self esteem.

Play up the things you love about You:Maximize all the things about your self (within and without) that you especially appreciate. Accentuate what they are, make them known to others around you.

Never criticize:There are always going to be an endless amount of people ready to throw every inch of criticism they have your way. Why should you be that one extra person? Love what you have and be thankful for all of your qualities. Love yourself eternally.

The Important Things In Your in Your Life
What's the most important thing in your life? Is it your family, your job, a hobby or something completely different?
For me, nothing is more important than my family and my boyfriend, which consists of a dad,mom, brother, one aunt,uncle,grandma and our one dog. Not a large family anymore though we were at one time. Maybe it makes it that much more important with just the few? I don't know. I just know that there's nothing that comes before them, and I think I can easily say that they also feel the same way.I included the dog as he do own us, we are his slaves.

In all of these things happiness is the most important things:
You may not realize it but happiness is the most important thing in your life. Do you ever have the feeling that something is missing? Ever wonder if this is really all there is? That feeling may be letting you know that there is something very important that you are not experiencing in your life right now. That something may very well be happiness.
Do you ever feel that after you got what you thought you wanted you still felt an emptiness? You still did not get what you really wanted. You may not even be sure what it really is that you wanted in the first place. That is because you were missing out on being happy. Up till now, your life has been more about what you are doing rather than about what you are being. I am sure you have been doing a lot of things in your life. Have they made you feel great? Do you feel satisfied with what you have done? Probably not, because doing is never enough to make you happy. You really need to develop the feeling of being happy in order to feel good about yourself and the world around you.

Being happy is a feeling; it is the well being that comes from a balanced mind. When we have more control of our thinking so that our mind is not always telling us what we should be doing, we can start to experience more happiness. As Aristotle said, "It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it." If we cannot stop our thoughts from always telling us what to think about or what to react to than we are not in control of ourselves. This is the reason we feel that doing things will get us where we think we need to be. The truth is we really don't need to go anywhere. If we start right where we are now, we can begin to realize we have everything we need to be happy. The only thing we are actually missing is the realization that we have everything we need to start being happy right now.
Start realizing you can be happy with what you have, no matter how much or how little it is. After all, it is only a comparison to what other people have. You can become happy simply by being more content with what is in your life right now. You can be happy with all of it by accepting what is happening in your life right now. What most people call doing, is actually running away from what is in your life right this moment.
Accepting your circumstances and embracing them, may be the very best way to overcome any obstacles you believe you have. If you can't overcome them, then accepting them may help you change your life. If this decision does not change your life, than at the very least you do not make that circumstance into a problem. It just is and that's the way it is, no problem.

The biggest benefit to being happy is not twisting everything that life brings your way into problems. It is your interpretation that is the problem, not the problem itself. Where is the problem? Most of the time something has already happened, and there is nothing you can do about it, but accept it. We seem to put our power where it does us very little good, instead of using it where it will benefit us the most. There are some things that happen and there is nothing we can do about them. They happened already, so forget about them! Put your power and energy where it counts; put your power into the present moment.

If you focus on now, you are facing life and meeting it head on. When you are being happy and become sensitive to being in this moment, you are present and have power to handle everything that comes along. Being happy allows you to accept whatever happens. You can tell yourself that it all happens for a good reason. It may not be a reason that you can understand from your viewpoint, but it is a good reason nevertheless. By accepting things that happen, you have more control over changing things, than you do by trying to resist them.

Perhaps the most popular (Western) view is as an absence of dissension, violence, or war, a meaning found in the New Testament and possibly an original meaning of the Greek word for peace, Irene. Pacifists have adopted this interpretation, for to them all violence is bad. This meaning is widely accepted among irenologists and students of international relations. Peace, however, is also seen as concord, or harmony and tranquility. It is viewed as peace of mind or serenity, especially in the East. It is defined as a state of law or civil government, a state of justice or goodness, a balance or equilibrium of Powers.
Such meanings of peace function at different levels. Peace may be opposed to or an opposite of antagonistic conflict, violence, or war. It may refer to an internal state (of mind or of nations) or to external relations. Or it may be narrow in conception, referring to specific relations in a particular situation (like a peace treaty), or overarching, covering a whole society (as in a world peace). Peace may be a dichotomy (it exists or it does not) or continuous, passive or active, empirical or abstract, descriptive or normative, or positive or negative.

The problem is, of course, that peace derives its meaning and qualities within a theory or framework. Christian, Hindu, or Buddhist will see peace differently, as will pacifist or internationalist. Socialist, fascist, and libertarian have different perspectives, as do power or idealistic theorists of international relations. In this diversity of meanings, peace is no different from such concepts as justice, freedom, equality, power, conflict, class, and, indeed, any other concept.
All concepts are defined within a theory or cognitive framework--what I have called elsewhere a perspective. Through a perspective peace is endowed with meaning by being linked to other concepts within a particular perception of reality; and by its relationship to ideas or assumptions about violence, history, divine grace, justice. Peace is thereby locked into a descriptive or explanatory view of our reality and each other.
so by all this we can say that peace and love makes our life beautiful.

They come home because they've got no place else to go. They come home when they're beaten. They come home when they're proud. They come home looking for a door out into their past or a road out into their future. They come home for a lot of reasons. But they always come home to say goodbye. Some people put a lot me work into their lawn, as if a patch of green grass was the most important thing in the world. As if they thought that as long as the lawn out front was green and mowed and beautiful, it wouldn't matter at all what was going on inside the house.

An individual passes through the differnt stages of life. Youth and age are too completely different stages. Each stage has sorrows and happiness. Our life begains with infancy and down towards age through youth. Everyone has to accept the ups and down of his life. Youth and age can be compared with respect to some aspects of life.

Youth is the age of spirit, enthusiasm, Zeal, Vigour, Pleasure, charm and prosperity. Everyone is his youth plans to prosper his life and he is always willing and enthusiastic to perform somethings creatively. His will power gets him to be active and progressive.Youth is always vigourous and alerts and leads the individual to the destination of life. Young people can accumulated dignified achievement which may by pass acrimony of failures. Youth is consideres to be full of pleasure and romance.Young people entertain their fertile life being accompained with their friends. They seem to be authority to be loved as they are full of hypnotic charm and attraction. Because of the dynamic vigour and zeal prevailing in the youth, every step of individual is led to prosperity. But youth is, furthermore responsible to complete some duties and responsibilities because the young have to advance the creatuve potential and aptuse of their creative potential and richly acquired vigour and enthusiams.

Old age, unlike entertained and alert youth, proives to be botter and painful. Old people lose many possessions they owned in their youth. They become weaker and weaker. The pleasing charms gets lost as people get older. They gradually become weak, passive and infertile in their activitis. They remind themselves the colourful days of their youth. They blame the time for their weakness. They think that the time has transfigures them and their vigour, enthusiasm , charm and alertness have been looted by the time. They are psychologically tortured by the new traditions which new generations follow. The old realize that it is decultured and it deforms the social values and norms, the youth betray the old and seem to be unwilling to preserve their dignity and identification.

Although youth and age are two distance extremes, they are inseprable like two sides of a coin. Youth is energetic dynamic,productive and romantic wheras age is feable, infertile and painful. Similarly youth lures everyone's heart because of asgelic beauty and charm whereas age lacks them.

During the course of our daily lives we make plans. We make plans for dinner, for trips to the grocery store, and for cleaning our house. We also make long-term plans for our education, our finances, our businesses, and our vacations. However despite all the planning that we do very few of us actually make a life plan and this is a critical oversight as a life plan would encompass all those areas as well as our self development, personal relationships and happiness.We all have the capacity for happiness and success in every area of our lives including our personal development, our relationships, and our professional lives but happiness and success do not just happen. We must actively seek them out and set in motion plans and actions that will make them not only possible but probable.That is why you need a life plan, but actually creating one takes time and thought -- something so many of us have little to spare. However don't begrudge the time you could spend on a life plan because in the end that time is a very good investment that will help you save time and stress once you have your life plan fully developed. And isn't anything that can help you achieve happiness and success a worthwhile investment of your time and energy?

Before you can begin crafting your life plan you must evaluate your current status. Reflect on the realities of your life including your commitments, finances, and dreams. What about your life makes you happy and what makes you unhappy?Where are you now in terms of work, recreation, relationships, finances, and anything else you consider important. I think death is fascinating, and am really curious as to if there is anything after life or not, I don’t mind it, if there is nothing, cause I wouldn’t notice anyway, and well as I said I find death interesting and I do want to leave, am going to stage my death well, ill put on some music, be all alone and am going to be very happy, but I don't want to feel pain at all I hate pain, so any idea? If there is pain involved I would not do it.

The boys of high schools and higher secondary schools are to have been drug addicts. The percentage of the school girls who have been intoxicated in drug is very low. That's why this is the major social problem among the boys who are teenagers.

Some responsible circumstances and causes have paved the way to drug addiction. The children seem to be imitating the adults' behaviours. When the adults smoke, the children are lured and they start smoking. And smokingt leads them to drug addiction. Some of the boys start taking drugs imitating the habit of their friends. Some people start taking drugs because of being pessimistic; they are hopeless about their future. The people who are fed up with life do not want to live for a long time. They want to enjoy the life taking drugs for a few days. Some of the smugglers of drugs provide the youth with drugs free of cost at the beginning. Their prime motive is to become drugs adicts, they go to the smugglers to buy the drugs. Similarly, some sadhus also take some drugs. How To Reduce Ego From Your LIfe?

The ego is that part in us which feeds off praise, compliments and success. When we live in the ego we are inevitably subject to feelings of superiority / inferiority, pride and worthlessness, success and failure. If we want to avoid these negative emotions we need to transcend the ego. If we can transcend the ego, we will find that people are instinctively more attracted to us, even though we are no longer trying to impress. It may seem a great paradox, yet, limiting the role of our ego can make a radical difference to our lives.

These are some factors which can reduce the power of the Ego.
Don't Try to Impress
Don’t speak about your own achievements. Don’t drop names of great people you have met. Avoid forcing your accomplishments and success into the conversation. If you have been successful in accumulating wealth, try to keep quiet about it. All these factors may impress your own ego, but, you can guarantee they will have little impact on other people.

Be aware of False Modesty
Sometimes when we say. “O I’m absolutely hopeless”. Actually what we are wanting is for people to respond. ‘O no your not, your really good.” Humility means that we don’t take excessive pride in our achievements, but, it also means we don’t exaggerate our failings in the hope of gaining sympathy.

Be Careful of Flattery.
We need to be careful about receiving praise, in some ways it can be as difficult as receiving criticism. The problem is that the ego likes receiving praise and so we can easily become addicted to being flattered. Don’t seek out people who are keen to flatter us, as this is only feeding the ego. Also, be wary of flattering other people in the hope that they will return the compliment.

Don’t use your Religion / Spirituality to Impress.
It is a mistake to feel that the practise of a religion / spiritual path gives us a moral superiority over other people. If we feel any superiority we are missing the whole point of spirituality. Spirituality is about a feeling of oneness not of proving that one path is better than others. This can be one of the most insidious types of ego. This is because when we wrap up the ego in a sense of moral superiority, we can easily trick ourselves into thinking we are reducing the ego, when actually we are strengthening it.

Be Aware of the extended Ego.
Ego, is not just about feeling we are better than others. Our Ego can also be expressed via national / religious feeling. When we feel a pride or superiority in our religion / nation, there is still the same problem of ego but, it is expressed through an extended sense of reality. This sense of superiority / pride is just as damaging as if it was contained to ourselves. However, we can feel that because it is not directly related to ourselves, somehow there is no ego involved.

Don’t Speak badly of Others.
Quite often, when we speak ill of others there is a subtle attempt to make ourselves look better. We may not explicitly say it, but, when we point to someone’s shortcomings we imply that we don’t have these, and therefore we are much better than them. The important thing here is the motive. Be very vigilant; what is your inner motive for criticising someone else? If it is to make you feel / look better, be very careful. The irony of course is that when we criticise someone, often we have the same imperfections ourselves, it is just that we find it easier to see them in other people.

What is Your Motivation for Doing Something?
If nobody knew that you had done it, would you still do the action with the same intensity? Can you work without expecting reward and praise? If you can do things selflessly with no desire for people to find out, this is a sign you do not give importance to the ego. If you only do things in the hope of praise, then you are working to satisfy the ego. The sad thing is that if you really work selflessly, at some point, your efforts will receive much greater recognition because people will come to also value the selfless motivation behind the action. Try doing some things but not let anybody no about it. In the NT, this is what Jesus meant when he said. “and with you left hand.

Don’t rely on Your Physical Appearance to Impress.
If you rely on your physical beauty to impress this is definitely coming from the ego. This is not to see beauty is bad thing, far from it. But, real beauty is heightened by modesty and the absence of ego. Avoid paying excessive interest to your physical looks.
To reduce our ego, we have to give great importance to our thoughts and motivation behind our actions. We have to be very strict with ourselves and work out why we are doing something. To reduce the ego, requires great vigilence, we need to reflect on each action and motivation. However, to reduce the influence of the ego, is of great value, it is the key to achieving a sense of inner peace.
